Cancellation Policy Of Kashmir Tour Provider

1. Tour Cancellation by Guest

If you wish to cancel your tour or travel service, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notice:

Note: A minimum 10% service charge applies for any cancellation made after booking. Charges for flight, hotel, transport, and guide services will also apply.

2. Tour Cancellation by Kashmir Tour Provider

If we cancel a tour after your booking, you can choose:

Cancellation charges for third-party services will also apply.

3. Cancellation After Tour Commencement

Refunds will be limited to recoverable amounts from hotels, transport, meals, etc. Unused services beyond recovery will not be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Periods

Cancellation charges are based on total booking amount, not advance paid.

5. Refund Process

Refunds for unused/canceled services will be processed according to the cancellation policy. Refunds go to the original payer. Processing time: 2–4 weeks. Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund.

Check-in: 12:00 – 15:00 hours (Early check-in subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in requires previous night booking.)

Check-out: 10:00 – 12:00 hours (Late check-out on request and subject to availability/payment.)

8. Extra Vehicle Usage

Additional usage of vehicles beyond planned transfers or sightseeing is not included and is chargeable separately.

9. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), some activities may be canceled. We will attempt alternatives, but no refunds for unused services affected by these circumstances.
