These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with us. By booking a trip with Kashmir Tour Provider, you agree to these terms, which form a binding agreement between M/s Indo Tours & Adventures and you (the Client). No verbal or other representations outside this document shall be considered valid unless expressly agreed in writing.
1. Booking Contract
- By making a booking with Kashmir Tour Provider / Indo Tours & Adventures or its agents, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted these terms.
- A booking becomes confirmed once the required deposit is received, creating a contractual agreement between the Company and the Client.
- The Company reserves the right to revise package rates, services, or policies at any time before a booking is confirmed.
2. Booking Policy
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure services on a confirmed basis.
3. Balance Payment Policy
- Full balance payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
- Automatic Cancellation: Failure to clear payments by the due date will result in cancellation of your booking.
- Reminders: Clients will be reminded, but it is their responsibility to ensure timely payment.
*For peak season bookings (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pushkar Fair, etc.) and special train/hotel reservations, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.*
4. Mode of Payment
- Online Payments: Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover / Diners Club), Debit Card (Visa / MasterCard / Maestro).
- Offline Payments: Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft.
- Bank Transfers: RTGS / NEFT.
- UPI: Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm.
Note: All applicable taxes, bank charges, or deductions are to be borne by the Client. A 3% processing charge applies on card payments. Company employees will never ask for sensitive banking details such as CVV, OTP, or personal transfers.
5. Liabilities & Limitations
- Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel surcharges, or guide charges after finalization will be charged extra.
- The Company acts solely as a booking agent and is not liable for third-party deficiencies or delays.
- Itineraries are indicative and subject to change due to weather, political closures, transport issues, or unforeseen factors.
- The Company is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, damages, accidents, or force majeure circumstances beyond our control.
6. Insurance
The Company does not provide travel insurance. Clients are strongly advised to arrange adequate travel, medical, and baggage insurance in their home country before travel.
7. Amendments to Terms
M/s Indo Tours & Adventures (Kashmir Tour Provider) reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version on our official website.
